Prioritising mental health and emotional well-being

In light of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), it is important to prioritise mental health and well-being.
In addition to the anxiety and worry surrounding this, it is also having an additional impact on the mental health and well-being of children, adolescents and adults.
During this time, if anyone would like any help or support in how they could manage their thoughts around this or their child’s/young person’s please do not hesitate to ask. I am happy to share resources and suggestions too.
